[Cell-biology] Quantitative Triton Concentration Measurement

Hello,

I am currently looking for a simple, inexpensive way to quantitatively
measure the concentration of Triton X114 in PBS (so far the best idea
is fluorescent marking). Any ideas? I am open to using a similar
surfactant if need be, and the concentration can be measured without
any biological matter present.
