[Cell-biology] Phospho AKT/PKB WB with HeLa cells

Hi

 

I need a successful protocol for detecting AKT p-308 and p-473 in HeLa
cells using western blot. Need to know how the samples were processed
(lysis buffer, lysis conditions, etc, and which antibodies were used.
