[Cell-biology] Question about BioDataFit

Hello,

My name is Jessica Bohonowych and I am a graduate student at UCDavis.  I 
am interested in using your BioDataFit program for some IC50 
calculations, but am having some trouble.  I input my values and click 
on "build model" but nothing happens.  I entered the data in the 
following format (x, y, SD), see below.

Any help or advice that you can offer on what I may be doing wrong would 
be greatly appreciated.
