[Cell-biology] EB formation

   Hello All
   
   I am trying to differentiate mouse ES cells to cardiomyocytes by using
   EB formation but was not able to get any cardiomyocytes. Does anybody
   have any protocol for this? I am using IMDM media with 15% FBS,
   pen/strp and beta-ME. Should I use MTG insteadd of beta-ME? Your help
   will be highly appreciated.
