Hi.. Jitesh. Check out books like "Genes IX" by Benjamin Lewin or Biochemistry by stryer or voet or lehninger, or molecular biology of the cell by Bruce alberts. The information on p53 and oncogenes and their role in cell biology is too vast to fit into one email or even one article. You got to start reading books rather than the internet.

Subject: [Cell-biology] Request For Data
I am looking for data on cancer cells with the following information:-
1) The details of the healthy cell with information like p53 content, oncogene, repair systems, etc.
2) The details of the cancer cell with information like p53 content, oncogene, repair systems, etc.
Is there any source or published work that could have this information. I would like to reuse this data for my work .
Can anyone please guide in this?
Thanks & Regards,
