I've had a request for cloned fragments of the C. reinhardtii mitochondrial
genome, for the regions including ND5, ND1, RTL, and the rRNA genes, to use
as probes for algae related to Chlamydomonas. The only mitochondrial
clones we have are all from the "left" end of the genome - CYB, CO I, ND2,
ND6, etc. Does anyone have clones from the "right" end, and if so, would
you be willing to deposit them in the Chlamydomonas Genetics Center
collection?
