Subject : Biochemistry of cytochrome b6 f
The laboratory provides a good environment for biochemistry, spec-
troscopy and molecular genetics. Projects would be centered on the bio-
chemical characterization of the cytochrome b6 f complex from Chlamydo-
monas reinhardtii. Applicants should have a good experience of biochemi-
cal work with membrane proteins. Combination with either biophysics or
molecular genetics will be possible depending on the exact program to be
decided upon.
