To the Chlamydomonas newsgroup:
Does anyone know if there is any information (protein
sequence, gene cloned or sequenced, activity) on the
5-enolpyruvylshikimate 3-phosphate synthase enzyme from
Chlamydomonas, or any other alga? I've searched Genbank and
done a recent review of the literature, and can't seem to
find any information on the enzyme from any algal source.
