My name is George Chuck and I am a graduate student in Sarah Hake's lab where
we study plant homeobox genes. As a thesis project I am planning on doing a
taxonomic survey for the presence of homeobox genes in primitive land plants
and algae. As a starting point I was considering doing a screen for homeobox
genes in Chlamy and Volvox, and I was wondering if anybody has tried this
already. Are there homeobox genes in Chlamy? Are there any labs out there
