Mike Adams has reminded me that there's still only one protocol in the
Methods file on the Chlamydomonas gopher server, Karen Kindle's glass bead
transformation technique. I intend to post Susan Dutcher's freezing
protocol, but don't have it in electronic form yet. I'll be happy to post
anything else that people think would be useful. Please send your
