I am interested in antisera that stain markers of organelles such as
golgi, TGN/endosome system, ER, clathrincoated vesicles etc. I need them to
do a costain in Volvox carteri gonidia in which I see a juxtanuclear staining
with my anti-G protein antibody to verify these results.
Has anybody done a successful immunostain like that with Chlamy?
Has anybody antibodies which can be used?
