I am interested in getting information on cosmid clone libraries for
complementation and cloning of C. reinhardtii nuclear mutants. If anyone
has information on or experience with such a library, I would appreciate
any info or insights you might provide. If you have a cosmid library
available or know of where to get one, please contact me regarding it.
