I intend to grow C. reinhardtii photoheterotrophically, and the
most popular medium used seems to be TAP (tris-acetate-phosphate)
medium. The problem is that all the papers I've seen refer back to a
paper by Gorman et al., who refers back to another paper, which
refers back to a paper in a journal we don't have... If anyone could
just e-mail me the recipe, I woould be very grateful.
