 Can you suggest a possible source of a "typical", intron-containing
 Chlamydomonas reinhardtii nuclear gene construct carrying the SP6 or T7
 promoter, wich could be transcribed into pre-mRNA. Technical instructions
 (including literature references) would also be highly appreciated.
