Isolate the thylakoid membrane from wall-less Chlamydomonas cell

Hi, could anybody give me some tips on how to isolate the thylakoid membranes
from wall-less Chlamydomonas cells?  The thylakoid membranes are to be used for
photophosphorylation and ATPase activity assays.
