Does anybody used new Bio-Rad helium gun to transform Chlamydomonas
chloroplast. If yes, what are the optimal conditions for transformation
using PDS-1000/He gun. What is optimal He pressure, target distance, type
of rupture disk etc. Are gold particles better than tungsten particles for
chloroplast transformations?
