after an unsuccessful request to Elizabeth Harris,
I decided to turn to the net for the following:
Does anybody know of the existance of a cDNA library
of C. reinhardtii available in vectors such as lambdaZAP (I or II)
(i.e. that can produce a plasmid upon infection with an helper phage)?
