We are trying to enhance the contrast between Chlammy and Euglena on
a grated background so that the position of the cells can be determined by
laser light scatterring using red light. Does anyone konw of a stain that
can be used with Live cells to enhance their contrast i.e. increase the
amount of light reflected from them? Thanks
