Have any of you used the screening method as described by C. Raetz to find mutants in Chlamy? This method involves transferring colonies to filter paper, disruption of the wall and membrane and incubatio in radiolabeled substrates. I am interested in adapting the method to Chlamy. Thanks Carrie
