In the advertisement I posted yesterday the 'pounds sterling' character was
chanced by my E-mailer to =A3. The affected sentence should read....
"current salary (pounds sterling)14,756 - (pounds sterling)19,326 plus
(pounds sterling)2,134 London weighting."
