In vivo studies with db-cAMP, db-cGMP

Dear netters,

I am interested to perform in vivo studies with db-cAMP and db-cGMP. What
concentrations are effective? I am aware of the paper of Pasquale and
Goodenough(J.C.B., 1987, 105, 2279-2292), but are there more recent studies?
