Two questions: 1. How long can a stab culture of wild type chlamy survive at room temperature? Days? Weeks? Months? How would you store it? 2. How long before you can SEE the chlamy in liquid culture after inoculation? 3. Yes, I am a rookie at this chlamy stuff. Thanks!
