Dear Elizabeth Harris,
I am having trouble getting some of my tagged mutants to mate. I want to
try using dibutyryl cAMP and isobutylmethylxanthine to stimulate the
frigid buggers. I have not been able to find a reference for an appropiate
solvent to use for the IBMX. The original Goodenough paper does not state
what they used. Do you either know or could you forward this inquiry on
to Dr. Goodenough.
