Has anyone tried to (and succeeded in) select for kirromycin-resistant
Chlamy mutants, specifically by spreading algae on antibiotic plates?
Can anyone think of reasons why this approach might not work for us?
Does anyone have suggestions for what concentrations of antibiotic I
might start with for our initial experiment?
