We are considering making a Chlamy cDNA expression library in a
yeast,e. coli shuttle vector. Has anyone made one that we could use?
Has anyone tried and had problems that we could learn from? We would
appreciate hearing from folks with good ideas or suggestions on how
this might be done most effectively.
