I am looking for a reference on detecting polymorphisms in Chlamy using
arbitrary primers and PCR. I've heard that the first report was presented
at a Keystone meeting in 1989 or 1990. (Journal of Cellular Biochemistry)
Did anyone see this poster (or better yet, was the author???) Maybe a
reference to a more recent DNA fingerprinting paper on Chlamy would lead
