How did you recognize the regulation sites and how do they look like?

Actually I only suppose, that the regulation sites are located internally, 
because I was not able to find the promoter signals typical of the other 
smallRNA genes. I found an internal B box with only one mismatch but this is a 
conserved nucleotide in the consensus sequence.
