Has anyone used the Qiagen RNeasy-Kit for mRNA preparation from cellwall-mutants? Were any modifications of the procedure necessary? How was the yield of mRNA? Is there any other Kits for fast mRNA preparations that do work with cellwall-mutants or wildtype? Jan.Karlsson at plantphys.umu.se
