Dear chlamy netters,
I am a new postdoc in the Goodenough lab and wish to construct or obtain
C. reinhardtii strains that contain non-chlamy DNA integrated in the
chloroplast genome. I want to use these strains to make quantitative
measurements of mt- chloroplast DNA degradation after mating. If anyone
has info on such strains or the plasmid constructs used to make them,
please contact me. Thanks.
