Dear Chlamy folks:

We have been having very poor mating reactions between cc125(+)
and cc1952(-) and resultant poor yield of tetrad yielding zygotes.
Does anyone have any suggestions to improve this or any useful thoughts
that might help us out? Is it a common problem associated with 1952 since
it is a polymerphic ? Any input here will be highly appreciated.
We have been following exactly the same procedure that is described in
"Cilia & Flagella" volume of Methods in Cell Biology which I believe is
a standard one.

Thanks for your input: BJRao
