chloroplast-nuclear co-transformation

Dear "netters
I am interested to know whether co-transformation of the chloroplast and
nuclear genomes is possible in Chlamydomonas, either by selecting for a
chloroplast marker and screening for the nuclear marker or the other way around
 selecting for the nuclear marker and screening for the chloroplast marker.
If anyone tried it or has any relevant information I will be interested to
know.
