Dear Chlamynetters:
Does anyone know of any evidence for microfilamentous cytoskeletal elements
just underneath the plasma membrane in vegetative cells of Chlamydomonas?
(Harper et al., 1992, CMC 22:117 showed no concentration of actin there
(using fluorescent antibody), but there might be some other cytoskeletal
elements there?)
