Dear netter,
I am thinking about to tag a Chlmaydomonas reinhardtii chloroplast protein.
Has anybody tried small epitope tags(flu, flag, mic, ha, etc.)in Chlamy?
Or, does anybody know references about it? I'll appreciate any information.
