yeast 2-hybrid

Hello! I am wondering if anone has tried the yeast 2-hybrid system using
Chlamy genes with any success. I have started a screen, and am hoping to
find a cDNA library that has been constructed with plasmid(s) that are
compatible with this system. For my purposes, I need a gametic library,
and thought that it would be worthwhile to see if someone has one that I
could use. If so, *please* let me know.
