Protocol for nuclei prepn

Dear Chlamy folks:

Can someone direct me to a protocol that yields good quality
nuclei from Chlamy that contain cell-wall ? I assume that autolysin
treatment followed by NP-40 or anyother detergent lysis should yield
intact nuclei that can be pelleted. I would appreciate if someone can
share with me a lab-protocol or a published protocol that works for
nuclei isolation. Thanks:
