co-immunoprecipitation

I'm interested in doing some co-immunoprecipitation
experiments with C. reinhardtii.  Can anyone point me
towards a protocol or reference where co-immunoprecipitation
is performed with chlamy extracts?
Alternatively, a reliable non-denaturing protein extraction
protocol might be just as helpful.
