Hi All,
I am starting my second PhD year in a project designed to create a computer
program to model certain mechanisms of C. reinhardtii.
I started on this long road by wishing to model algal bloom behaviour but
became so keen on emergent behaviour that I've ended up inside the cell itself
!!
Initially I am gathering data for a paper (hopefully) for Chlamy98 on general
modelling of chemtoxis in the Chlamy, based around emergent software paradigms.
I write this note to see what reactions you all may have, and to mark my first
posting to the Chlamy community.
