Hi dear chlamy netters,
Using serial transfer on increasing concentrations, I selected from CC-1010+
a population that is tolerant to the herbicide Acifluorfen. This herbicide
belongs to the diphenyl ether family that targets protoporphyrinogen oxidase
(PPO). Is somebody interested at having a glance at it on any biochemical or
molecular aspect ?
