What are some good culturing conditions for chlamydomonas ?
light wavelength
ph
buffer
salts
etc
Also, can the growth of chlamydomonas be modulated with light ? or other
simple factors such as salt, etc. ?
And if you know ones that are compatible with the growth of hydra and
daphnia that would go good too.
