At the Tahoe meetings I will be pestering people for help. In August I
will teach a CUR/NSF workshop to introduce people to the use of Chlamy
as a teaching tool at the undergraduate level.
I am putting together a Web site that will contain any information that
might help in this process, and I am looking for material that is
already available, and which people are willing to have placed on the
Web. If you have any of the following, I would really appreciate it if
you could bring the information on a disk, or in hard copy to the
meetings.
Photos, pictures, diagrams etc.
Helpful hints, FAQs etc
Standard lab protocols that would be suitable for student research
Detailed lab exercises that are known to work for undergraduates. In a
perfect world you would also agree to have your email address attached,
so anyone who tries the experiment could contact you in case of trouble.
Ideas for student projects that you might like tackled, but don't have
time. Again, an email address would be great.
Your own Web address if you have a Chlamy-oriented page.
Anything else that you think might be of use in this project.
Many thanks
Mike Adams
