I am interested in trying electroporation to transform the Chlamy strain
cw15 nit1-305 and was wondering whether anyone had advice or tips they
would like to pass along. Also, I was wondered what vendor was used for
the corn starch used to embed cells with?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
