I have a question that I would like to submit to the Chlamy network. In
Bill Snell's lab, we are currently interested in testing the effectiveness
of different mutagenesis methods, particularly trimethylpsoralen treatment
followed by UV irradiation. I'm looking for information on designing a
protocol for TMP use with Chlamy.
