POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER -- SIGNAL TRANSDUCTION
Position is available immediately to participate in an NSF-funded study of
mechanochemical signal transduction in marine dinoflagellates. Emphasis
will be on the role of G proteins and calcium in flow-induced signaling.
The candidate must have a knowledge of cell biology and molecular
techniques related to cell physiology or signal transduction, experience
working with algae or protists, and a Ph.D. in a relevant area of
molecular biology, biochemistry, or cell biology.
