Dear Chlamy crowd,
I am currently investigating methods of stressing C. reinhardtii cells
so that the integrity of the chloroplast envelope is affected. I have
heard that high salt conditions may do this - has anyone investigated
this, and, if so, do you have any references on the subject. I am also
wondering what concentration of salt would need to be added to TAP for
this effect to be seen.
