Dear all,
Does anyone have ideas, references or experience on what determines the high
susceptibility to form large-size aggregates in some Chlamydomonas isolates
cultivated in liquid medium (whereas in the same conditions, i.e. in my case
TAP medium and dim light, most strains don't)?
Is it related to physiological features, are some genes identified...?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Laurent Cournac.
