The databases formerly on the AGIS server at the National Agricultural
Library are being moved to Cornell University. The Chlamydomonas database
(ChlamyDB) is now up and running at
http://genome.cornell.edu/
You'll find this format slightly different from what was previously used at
AGIS, but it works very much the same. However, there's also an
alternative web configuration available now:
http://genome.cornell.edu/index.ace.html
You may find the query system easier to use in this format. It also
permits feedback if you find errors or want to report updates.
The database is temporarily available in its old location, but as of today
is no longer current; I've just made an update to the version at Cornell.
The old site will be changing to a forwarding address soon, so you will
need to change your bookmarks. Remember also that you can always access
the database from the Chlamydomonas Genetics Center web page:
