As part of my ongoing quest to simulate intra-cellular signalling within
Chlamydomonas - specifically with regards to flagella excision - I need some
values for rates of reactions between signalling molecules. This will enable me
to scale the system temporally.
If anyone has any ideas - or even data !! - I'd be grateful for communication.
