This is a request for advise from any one who currently conducts chlamy.
chloroplast transformations using the bio-rad PDS-1000/He. For the past
few months our lab has been having problems generating chloroplast
transformants. We would appreciate any advice on transformation
protocols and chlamy. strains used in your transformations.
