Dan Rokhsar from the Joint Genome Institute of DOE is interested in
doing some preliminary sequencing of Chlamydomonas BACs. He would
like me to send him a list of 6 BACs of great interest for studies of
photosynthesis or motility to
sequence. I would like for people to send me a short e-mail
identifying their favorite BAC and justifying why Dan should sequence
it first. I need to get BAC to him by Wednesday, so please get those
e-mails in ASAP.
