All,
A new set of annotations for the 20021010 assembly (9581 ACEs,derived
from the Core, Stress I, and Stress II, Deflagellation and Gamete/Zygote
libraries) has been loaded into the database.
Annotations were derived from GenBank nr database blastx searches and
were selected solely on the basis of having an Evalue less than 1e-10 (
USER BEWARE).
We will continue to update the annotations as new data come available.
As always your expertise is welcome; if you have annotated an EST or
contig, please let us know.
